Oat bran is the outer layer of the whole oat grain, just beneath the inedible husk. To make it, we mill organic oat groats into meal and separate the flour, resulting in a nourishing flaked bran. Sprinkle over fruit and yoghurt or use in place of breadcrumbs as a wheat free coating for chicken and fish.
